Recipe
🥢 INGREDIENTS
• Sashimi-grade tuna fillet (finely diced)
• 3 green onions, finely chopped
• 2 sprigs dill, finely chopped
• 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
• 3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tbsp sesame oil
• 1½ tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp fried shallots
Wonton crisps:
• Wonton wrappers (cut in half)
• Olive oil (for frying)
Chilli-lime cream:
• Sour cream
• Finely chopped chives
• 1 tsp chilli oil
• Juice of ½ lime

👩🍳 METHOD
1. Dice your sashimi-grade tuna into small cubes.
2. Add green onion, dill, capers, anchovies, and garlic.
3. Mix through olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
4. Gently fold everything together.
5. Finish with sesame seeds and fried shallots.
6. Fry wonton wrappers in olive oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towel.
7. Mix sour cream with chives, chilli oil, and lime juice.
8. Spoon tuna onto wonton crisps, add a dollop of the chilli-lime cream… and serve.
